用信息化技術(shù)將醫(yī)療質(zhì)量監(jiān)管向前移

摘 要 醫(yī)療質(zhì)量是醫(yī)院生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)，是醫(yī)院發(fā)展的決定性因素[1] 。以往對醫(yī)療質(zhì)
量的監(jiān)控都是滯后、被動的，對已發(fā)生的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量問題無法挽回，只能起到亡羊補牢的作用。
我院近年來利用信息化技術(shù)改變舊的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量監(jiān)管模式，將質(zhì)量監(jiān)管工作向前移，從醫(yī)囑源
頭開始，正確指引醫(yī)生進行合理醫(yī)療，有效阻止醫(yī)療問題發(fā)生。本文具體介紹了信息化監(jiān)管
的內(nèi)容、方法及取得的效果。

Abstract Medical quality is the fundamental and crucial element for existence and
development of hospital. In the past, medical quality supervision was always
stagnant and passive because it only showed the results afterward without prediction
and prevention while medical quality problems had happened. In current years,
out-of-date control models for medical quality in our hospital has been changed using
information techniques, control work has been pushed forward through measures of
carrying out supervision beginning with medical orders, correctly guiding doctors
to treat patients reasonably and then preventing medical problems effectively. In
this paper, contents, methods and effects of information based supervision for
medical quality were introduced concretely.

醫(yī)療質(zhì)量是醫(yī)院的生命線，沒有科學(xué)的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量管理，醫(yī)院的整體發(fā)展成為
無源之水，無本之木[2]，加強醫(yī)療質(zhì)量管理才可能提升醫(yī)院的核心競爭力。傳統(tǒng)
的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量管理都是由醫(yī)療行政部門進行，多為階段性地對醫(yī)療質(zhì)量進行分析、
講評，雖然能起到總結(jié)經(jīng)驗的作用，但無法在醫(yī)療問題發(fā)生前進行有效阻止。如
何將醫(yī)療質(zhì)量監(jiān)管向前移，真正起到預(yù)防、阻止醫(yī)療問題的發(fā)生，是我們近年來
