Windows 平臺下多層DICOM圖像讀取與顯示的方法

[ 摘要] 目的實現(xiàn)Windows 環(huán)境下讀取與顯示多層DICOM 格式圖像, 為醫(yī)學圖像三維配準與重建等后處理提供數(shù)
據(jù)。方法針對DICOM 文件格式, 在Visual C + + 6. 0 下設計了簡化的圖像類結構, 將多層DICOM 圖像的相關數(shù)據(jù)讀入到
動態(tài)數(shù)組中, 并轉換成BMP 位圖實現(xiàn)在Windows 環(huán)境下不同層圖像間的切換顯示。結果選 取CT、MR、PET 等不同模態(tài)的
DICOM圖像進行實驗, 均可正確讀取。結論通過解析DICOM 圖像文件存儲格式, 實現(xiàn)了多層DICOM 圖像文件的讀取與不
同層間的切換顯示。本程序運行于Windows 環(huán)境, 不依賴于具體DICOM工作站, 便于科研教學使用。

A method of r eading and displaying multi2slice DICOM images under Windows

[ Abstr act] Objective To implement reading and displaying multi2slice DICOM images under Windows envi2
ronment. Methods According to the format of DICOM file, we designed the simplified DICOM class under Visual
C + + 6. 0. We read the information of multi2slices DICOM images into dynamic array and translated the DICOM
file into BMP file to realize switched displaying of DICOM image under Windows environment. Results We tested
with several DICOM images from different modalities, all images could be properly read and displayed. Conclusion
The software of this article realizes the reading and switched displaying of multi2slice DICOM images. It runs un2
der Windows that was independent on DICOM image work station and can provide data for medical image of 32di2
mensional registration and reconstruction.

醫(yī) 學數(shù)字成像和傳輸( Digital Imaging and Communica2
tions in Medicine, DICOM) [ 1] 是用于醫(yī)學圖像存儲和通信的
國際標準, 規(guī)范了醫(yī)學圖像及各種數(shù)字信息在異構系統(tǒng)和設
備之間存儲、傳送時的文件格式和語義描述, 為不同的醫(yī)學
影像設備提供了一個一致性的接口, 以實現(xiàn)數(shù)字影像在各種
醫(yī)學影像設備間的交換傳輸。隨著DICOM 標準的不斷發(fā)
展, 現(xiàn)在生產的各種醫(yī)療設備( 如CT、PET、MRI 等) 都已采用
DICOM 310 標準的數(shù)字接口。
目前, 多數(shù)DICOM 圖像瀏覽軟件都基于UNIX 平臺且僅
能讀取與顯示一幅圖像, 而在科研和教學中常需要在Win2
dows 環(huán)境下顯示處理DICOM 圖像。另外, 對醫(yī)學圖像進行
后處理如三維配準及重建之前, 首先要得到多層DICOM 圖
像的信息, 故本文對在Windows 環(huán)境下讀取與顯示多層DI2
COM 圖像的方法進行了初步研究, 現(xiàn)將結果闡述如下。
