摘要：
IT consulting in the IT application of China are very new name. CIOs
in hospital have many questions on this “new” business model, such
as how the consultants work, how they help solving the problems in IT
construction in hospital. This paper will answer these questions and
give CIOs a general over idea on the work process and work results in
such a IT consulting project throughout the IT construction process in
hospital.
國內(nèi)醫(yī)院信息化過程已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了一個新的階段，通過部分業(yè)內(nèi)同事的努力，
專業(yè)信息化咨詢參與醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)的模式逐漸被大家接受。但是，由于這種商
業(yè)模式在國內(nèi)前人還鮮有案例參照，一般咨詢工作包括那些內(nèi)容，目的是什么，
主要的工作方式和工作成果是什么，等等一系列問題困擾著眾多有心實踐的醫(yī)院
信息中心主管。本文作者通過自身在國外實際醫(yī)院信息化工作經(jīng)驗，結(jié)合管理咨
詢公司工作方式，給醫(yī)院CIO 出了一套可參照的工作內(nèi)容和方法。 |
