【Abstract】AIM: To explore an effective , simple and conve2
nient method of integrated evaluation of clinical doctors’work2
ing performance . METHODS : Data were collected with PL/
SQL ( Procedural Language/ Structure Query Language ) , the
re source library of clinical doctors’evaluation index items wa s
e stablished by EXCEL , the data were pre2evaluated by the
method of ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) and then TOPSIS wa s
used to conduct the tentative re search on integrated evaluation.
RESULTS : The Ci value of every de signed item of clinical doc2
tors’working performance wa s obtained by TOPSIS method.
CONCLUSION: TOPSIS method is an effective method of inte2
grated evaluation of clinical doctors’working performance .

0 引言
綜合評價是相對于單因素評價的一種對多個指
標進行總評價的特殊方法. 臨床醫(yī)師的業(yè)務(wù)工作,隨
著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和就醫(yī)需求的變化,外延不斷擴
大,內(nèi)涵更加豐富,評價工作也日趨復(fù)雜. 舊有模式
下對臨床醫(yī)師的考核、激勵、評聘等工作是以經(jīng)驗式、
會議式為主體,很難避免因印象因素、極化因素和關(guān)
系因素等造成的不良影響;此外受客觀條件制約,一
些量化評價方法的實施效率低、周期長,數(shù)據(jù)準確度
和完整性也難以保障. 新時期隨著計算機技術(shù)的快
速發(fā)展和醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)(HIS) 的廣泛實施,為臨床醫(yī)
師績效綜合量化評價方法的研究提供了豐富的數(shù)據(jù)
資源和技術(shù)實現(xiàn)條件. 我們依托醫(yī)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)
資源,構(gòu)建了一組“網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件下臨床醫(yī)師績效量化評
